Intervention(s) & Key Activities
The principal recipient (PR) of the Global Fund grant will manage all interventions in this funding request. Grant management activities will focus on oversight, technical support, direct activity implementation, supervision, and reporting. Funds are requested under this intervention to:
(i) Plan and manage implementation of all activities in all modules
(ii) Provide technical assistance to SADC to implement coordination and HIS/M&E related activities
(iii) Support National TB Programmes as the focal point for implementation of activities at country level
(iv) Collect data and report on the grant to Global Fund and RCM
(v) Continuous financial and administrative management of the grant
(vi) Continuous stakeholder management
(vii) Conduct end of programme evaluation

Rationale
The PR will manage implementation of all interventions in this grant in collaboration SADC, National TB Programmes, private sector and KP organisations. The PR requires financial and technical resources to effectively execute this role

- Percentage of utilization of disbursed funds increases to 95% by 2023
