The Forum shall have 60 participants.

The participants shall include at least 2 Parliamentary Chairpersons for Health, Mines and Labour from each of the SADC countries or Members of Parliament representing constituencies with high mining activities; Justice/Legal Committees; Members of SADC parliamentary Forum; Regional Coordinating Mechanism (RCM); SADC Human Rights Lawyers or Associations; Representatives from the Network of African National Human Rights Institutions (NANHRI); Representatives of Civil Society Organisations working on TB and human rights; Representatives from the KP such as Southern African Miners Association (SAMA) and Miners Unions; Representatives from Chambers of Mines; Representatives from intergovernmental organizations and agencies working on TB and human rights including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS); and Researchers and experts on TB and human rights.
